AIIMS Bibinagar Administrative Officer Recruitment 2026: Overview

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bibinagar, an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, wants an Administrative Officer for its campus in the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region, Telangana. The post is filled on deputation only, so it suits officers who already hold an administrative job in government and want a stint at one of the newer AIIMS institutes.

The circular is open to a wide pool: officers of the Central, State and UT Governments, universities, statutory and autonomous bodies, PSUs, R&D organisations, police departments, and the Armed Forces including Paramilitary Forces, as applicable. You qualify if you hold an analogous post on a regular basis, or have the required years of regular service in the feeder grade in the relevant field.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Deputation terms: the posting follows the standard terms in DoPT OM No. 2/6/2018-Estt. (Pay-II) dated 18 May 2018, as amended from time to time.
• Rules applied: eligibility is judged under the relevant Recruitment Rules and DoPT instructions in force.
• Vigilance papers are a must: applications without vigilance clearance and attested copies of CR dossiers will not be considered.
• Holiday rule: if the last date falls on a weekly off or holiday, it moves to the next working day, up to 5:00 PM.
