Who Can Apply?

For Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist, Junior Typist, and Stenographer Grade-III

• Qualification: You must have passed at least +3 examination or equivalent from a recognised University.
• Computer: You must have passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognised institute.
• Odia language: You must be able to speak, read and write Odia and pass an Odia test equal to M.E. standard.
• Junior Typist: You need minimum 40 words per minute typewriting speed in English.
• Stenographer Grade-III: You need minimum 80 words per minute shorthand and 40 words per minute typewriting speed.

For Salaried Amin

• Qualification: You must have passed Matriculation (10th) or equivalent from a recognised Board.
• Computer: You must possess knowledge in Computer Operation.
• Training: You must have passed Revenue Inspector Training from a recognised institute.
• Odia language: You must be able to speak, read and write Odia and pass the required Odia test.

Common Conditions

• Character and health: You should be of good character, sound health, good physique, and free from serious physical or mental infirmity.
• Marital condition: If married, you must not have more than one spouse living.
• Government servants: You should apply through proper channel and attach the required No Objection Certificate.

Age Limit

• You should be 18 years and above and below 42 years as on 24 June 2026.

Salary

• Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist: Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 63,200 per month, Level-4.
• Junior Typist: Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 63,200 per month, Level-4.
• Stenographer Grade-III: Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 81,100 per month, Level-7.
• Salaried Amin: Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 69,100 per month, Level-5.
• Allowances: Usual DA and other allowances are payable as admissible from time to time.

Selection Process

1. Written Test: English 100 marks for 2 hours, Arithmetic 100 marks for 1 hour, and General Knowledge 100 marks for 1 hour.

3. Viva-Voce: 45 marks.

Junior Typist and Stenographer Grade-III

Salaried Amin

1. Written Test: General English 50 marks, Arithmetic 100 marks, Survey and Settlement Theory 50 marks, and Odia handwriting 50 marks.
2. Practical Test: Computer Application 50 marks and Survey and Settlement Practical 50 marks.
3. Viva-Voce: 35 marks.
