Who Can Apply?

For Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist, Junior Typist, and Stenographer Grade-III

  • Qualification: You must have passed at least +3 examination or equivalent from a recognised University.
  • Computer: You must have passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognised institute.
  • Odia language: You must be able to speak, read and write Odia and pass an Odia test equal to M.E. standard.
  • Junior Typist: You need minimum 40 words per minute typewriting speed in English.
  • Stenographer Grade-III: You need minimum 80 words per minute shorthand and 40 words per minute typewriting speed.

For Salaried Amin

  • Qualification: You must have passed Matriculation (10th) or equivalent from a recognised Board.
  • Computer: You must possess knowledge in Computer Operation.
  • Training: You must have passed Revenue Inspector Training from a recognised institute.
  • Odia language: You must be able to speak, read and write Odia and pass the required Odia test.

Common Conditions

  • Character and health: You should be of good character, sound health, good physique, and free from serious physical or mental infirmity.
  • Marital condition: If married, you must not have more than one spouse living.

Selection Process

  3. Viva-Voce: 35 marks.
