Ghaziabad District Court is inviting retired Class III, Class IV, and Stenographer employees to apply for re-appointment against vacant posts. You are eligible only if you have not completed 65 years of age. The last date to submit your application is 25 July 2026. This is a temporary appointment for 1 year, and you will get an honorarium equal to your last drawn salary minus your pension.

Ghaziabad District Court Re-appointment of Retired Employees 2026

Following Circular No. 14/Prashasan-D dated 15 October 2022 issued by the Hon'ble High Court, the District Court, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) is re-appointing retired Class III and Class IV employees, along with Stenographers, against vacant posts. Employees whose service is completing by 31 July 2026 can also apply for this scheme. This is a purely temporary engagement that will end after 1 year unless terminated earlier or the post is filled through direct recruitment. This scheme lets the District Court quickly fill vacant support and clerical posts with experienced, already-trained staff while regular recruitment is underway.

Who Can Apply?

• Eligibility: You must be a retired Class III or Class IV employee, or a retired Stenographer, from the District Judiciary in Uttar Pradesh.
• Age: Your age must not have completed 65 years.
• Also Eligible: Employees whose service is completing by 31 July 2026 can apply in advance.
• You must satisfy yourself about your eligibility before applying — no query on eligibility will be entertained after the last date.

Age Limit

• You are eligible only if you have not completed 65 years of age at the time of re-appointment.

Salary

• You will get an honorarium equal to your last drawn salary minus your pension amount.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on your application and eligibility as a retired employee:

1. Application Screening: Your application and retirement details will be verified by the Administrative Office.
2. Re-appointment Order: Eligible retired employees will be re-appointed against vacant posts as per the High Court circular.

How to Apply

1. Fill in the application form with your father's/mother's name, date of birth, the post from which you retired, your place of posting, and date of retirement.
2. Provide your complete permanent address and a working contact/mobile number.
3. Attach a self-attested photocopy of your retirement order, a photo-identity proof (Aadhaar Card or any other photo ID), and a passport-size photo.
4. Sign a declaration confirming that the information you have given is true, and that no information has been concealed.
5. Submit the application in person at the Administrative Office, District Court, Ghaziabad.
6. Submit before 25 July 2026, 4:30 PM — applications received after this time will not be accepted.

This notice will be circulated among retired employees of the District Judiciary and displayed on the notice board. It will also be uploaded on the official websites of the District Court, Ghaziabad, and the Hon'ble High Court.
