• Re-engaged Staff: If your existing re-engagement term is ending on 31 July 2026, you are also eligible to apply for a fresh term.
• Note: This engagement is purely temporary — it lasts for one year, or until a regular appointee joins the post, or until it is filled through transfer, whichever happens first.
• Note: In district courts, Class III generally covers clerical posts such as clerk, reader, or copyist, while Class IV covers subordinate staff such as peon, orderly, or office attendant — this notice covers retirees from both groups, along with the Stenographer post.

Age Limit

• You must not have completed 65 years of age to be eligible for this re-engagement.
• This opportunity is open only to candidates who have already retired from Class III, Class IV, or Stenographer posts in the district judiciary — it is not open to fresh candidates or serving employees from outside this scheme.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a consolidated monthly honorarium, fixed after deducting your pension amount from the last-drawn pay of your earlier post.
• No separate pay scale, grade pay, or standard allowances apply since this is a temporary, honorarium-based engagement rather than a regular appointment.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

There is no written exam for this re-engagement. Your selection depends on:

1. Application Screening: The Administrative Office reviews your application along with your past service record and the post you retired from.
2. Document Verification: You need to submit your photo, ID proof, and retirement details for verification before you are formally engaged.

Since this is a re-engagement of already-experienced retired staff rather than a fresh public recruitment, there is no competitive written test, interview round, or physical test involved.
