No. AWEIL/12/2026) for 3 Executive Finance Trainee posts on a contract basis. The posts are reserved as UR-1, ST-1, EWS-1, and selected candidates may be posted at AWEIL's units in Kanpur, Jabalpur, Korwa, Kolkata, or Tiruchirappalli. This is an ideal opportunity for freshly qualified Chartered Accountants and Cost Accountants to start their career in a defence PSU finance department.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must be a newly qualified CA (ICAI) or CMA (ICMAI).
• Place of Posting: AWEIL HQ Kanpur or any unit at Kanpur, Jabalpur, Korwa (UP), Kolkata, or Tiruchirappalli. You may be transferred to any AWEIL unit based on requirement.

Age Limit

• Your age should not exceed 27 years as on the last date of receipt of application.
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years, OBC candidates get 3 years, and PwBD candidates get 10 years relaxation over the upper age limit.

Salary

• You will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 60,000 per month (Remuneration Rs. 50,000 + Conveyance Rs. 6,000 + Medical Rs. 3,000 + Mobile/Internet Rs. 1,000).
• Your salary will increase by 10% every year. No other allowances are admissible.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based only on an interview:

1. Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted in a 1:10 ratio based on preference to CA, aggregate percentage in CA/CMA, and number of attempts taken to clear the final exams (fewer attempts score better).
2. Interview: Conducted by a duly constituted AWEIL selection committee.
