The National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre (NDDTC), AIIMS, New Delhi has invited applications for 3 contract posts under the scheme for Strengthening the Drug De-addiction Programme, funded by DDAP, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. All posts are contractual and temporary for 1 year and may be extended based on requirements and performance. The duty station is at NDDTC, AIIMS (Ghaziabad) and/or AIIMS, New Delhi.

Who Can Apply?

1. DTC Coordinator/Research Officer (Rs. 56,000 + HRA)

• Qualification: Post Graduation Degree in Public Health, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Sociology or Psychology.
• Desirable: Experience in the field of addiction/psychiatry and coordination of large programmes.

2. Training and Field Coordinator (Rs. 28,000 + HRA)

• Qualification: Graduate degree in Public Health, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Sociology or Psychology with 3 years of post-qualification experience, OR a Post-Graduate degree in the above fields.
• Desirable: Experience in addiction/psychiatry and in planning National and State-level training programmes in the health sector.

3. Accounts-cum-Administrative Assistant (Rs. 17,000)

• Qualification: 12th pass (Commerce) with 5 years relevant experience, OR Graduate in Commerce/Accounting with 2 years relevant experience.
• Typing: English typing speed of at least 35 words per minute (WPM).
• Desirable: Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel; knowledge of Tally or PFMS is an advantage.

Age Limit

• DTC Coordinator/Research Officer: Up to 35 years.
• Training and Field Coordinator: Up to 35 years.
• Accounts-cum-Administrative Assistant: Up to 28 years.
• Age Relaxation: As per Government rules.

Salary

• DTC Coordinator/Research Officer: Rs. 56,000 per month + 30% HRA.
• Training and Field Coordinator: Rs. 28,000 per month + 30% HRA.
• Accounts-cum-Administrative Assistant: Rs. 17,000 per month (consolidated).
• The pay and terms are as per ICMR/AIIMS norms.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in these steps:

1. Application Screening: Applications are screened and eligible candidates are shortlisted.
2. Interview: Only shortlisted candidates are contacted by email with the interview location, date and time. No TA/DA is paid for the interview.
3. Document Verification: Candidates bring original certificates and documents for checking at the interview.

There is no written exam for these posts.
