• JGM level: Officers in an analogous Level 13 grade, or Level 12 with 8 to 12 years of Group A service, may qualify. PSU officers in IDA E5, Rs. 80,000-2,20,000, need 4 years in that grade.
• DGM level: Officers holding Level 11 posts, or government officers with 10 years of Group B service while holding a Level 10 cadre post, may qualify. PSU officers in IDA E4, Rs. 70,000-2,00,000, need 4 years in that grade.
