AHIDMS Multi-Post Recruitment 2026 - 7 Posts

Assam Health Infrastructure Development & Management Society (AHIDMS), under the Medical Education & Research Department, Government of Assam, has issued a recruitment notice for temporary contractual positions in the Project Management Unit (PMU) and Project Implementation Units (PIU). These posts support the JICA-funded Assam Health System Strengthening Project, which works on improving access to public medical services and quality care in Assam. M&E/MIS Specialist

• Qualification: MCA or B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized university or institution.
• Experience: At least 3 years post-qualification experience in IT and MIS activities in an externally aided project or public/private organization.
• Useful experience: LAN/WAN/Data Centre project exposure, routing, switching, security, MIS reporting, IT platforms, applications, training support, and troubleshooting.
• Language: Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.

Project Engineer

• Qualification: Full-time Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years experience in multi-storey building construction highly desirable.
• Skills: Design and drawing review, construction/renovation work, quality control, material test certificate verification, IS code compliance, MS Office, and AutoCAD.

Administrative Assistant

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream from a recognized institute or university.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years at State Level, externally aided projects, or CSS.
• Skills: MS Office, internet, email, and strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.

Age Limit

• Finance Executive: Up to 35 years.
• M&E/MIS Specialist: Up to 40 years.
• Project Engineer: Up to 40 years.
• Administrative Assistant: Up to 35 years.

Salary

• Finance Executive: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month.
• M&E/MIS Specialist: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month.
• Project Engineer: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month.
• Administrative Assistant: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month.
• Contract term: Initially for 11 months, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

Selection Process (Walk-in Interview)

Selection is through walk-in interview at the AHIDMS office in Guwahati. You need to report by the scheduled time because no one will be allowed to enter the venue after 11:00 AM.

1. Walk-in registration/reporting: Report at the venue with the filled form and documents at 10:00 AM.
2. Document checking: AHIDMS will verify original certificates and self-attested copies for qualification, experience, age, identity, latest salary certificate, and other required details.
3. Interview: Interviews start from 11:00 AM onwards on the post-wise date.
4. Final decision: AHIDMS may cancel or modify the recruitment process, qualification, experience, or number of positions at any stage.
