The Assam Health Infrastructure Development and Management Society (AHIDMS) is hiring for 23 contractual posts under the Assam Health System Strengthening Project (AHSSP). The openings are for Finance Specialist, Hospital Administrator, IPA Manager, IT Technical Expert and Contract Management & Procurement Expert. Selection is through a walk-in interview held from 14 to 18 July 2026 in Guwahati. The salary goes up to Rs. 60,000 per month depending on the post.

AHIDMS AHSSP Multi-Post Recruitment 2026 - 23 Posts

The Assam Health Infrastructure Development and Management Society (AHIDMS), under the Medical Education & Research Department, Government of Assam, is hiring experienced professionals for 23 contractual posts under the Assam Health System Strengthening Project. Selected candidates will be posted at different medical colleges, hospitals and project offices across Assam.

There is no online application and no written exam — you simply attend the walk-in interview on the date fixed for your post. This is a good chance for experienced finance, procurement, IT and hospital management professionals who want to help improve Assam's public health system.

Who Can Apply?

Eligibility is different for each post. Check the one that matches you:

IT Technical Expert (1 post)

• M.Sc. IT / MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science from a government-recognised university.

Finance Specialist (9 posts)

• CA Intermediate (IPCC) / ICWA / CMA with 3 years of post-qualification experience, OR
• M.Com / MBA (Finance) with at least 7 years of experience in accounting, auditing or financial management.

Contract Management & Procurement Expert (1 post)

• Master's degree in Management (MBA in Finance / Administration / Procurement / Logistics or a related field).
• 15 years of experience in contract management and procurement, preferably in the health infrastructure or social sector.
• A Professional Diploma in Public Procurement (PDPP) or Certificate Programme in Public Procurement (CPPP) is preferred.

Hospital Administrator (9 posts)

• Master of Hospital Administration / Master of Health Management / MBA in Hospital or Health Management with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.

IPA Manager (3 posts)

• A relevant post-graduate or management degree with experience suited to the role. Please read the official notification for the exact eligibility.

Age Limit

• IT Technical Expert and Contract Management & Procurement Expert: up to 45 years (as on 01 April 2025).
• Hospital Administrator: up to 35 years (as on 01 January 2025).
• For the other posts, check the post-wise age limit in the official notification.

Salary

• IT Technical Expert: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month.
• Hospital Administrator: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month.
• Other posts get a consolidated monthly pay based on the post and your experience.

Application Fee

• There is no application fee. You just attend the walk-in interview with your documents.

Selection Process (Walk-in Interview)

There is no written exam. Selection is done at the walk-in interview through:

1. Walk-in Interview on the date fixed for your post.
2. Verification of original documents.
3. Assessment of your educational qualification.
4. Evaluation of your relevant work experience.

Only candidates who meet the eligibility for the post will be considered.

How to Apply

2. Download and fill the prescribed application form.
3. Arrange your original certificates plus one set of self-attested photocopies, experience certificates, ID proof, passport photos and an updated CV.
4. Carry your laptop if it is needed for your post.
5. Reach the venue by the reporting time of 10:00 AM. The interview starts at 11:00 AM.
6. Attend the walk-in interview and document verification.

Venue: Office of the Project Director, AHIDMS, 4th Floor, Nayantara Supermarket, Sixmile, Guwahati - 781022, Assam. Candidates reaching after 11:00 AM may not be allowed to take part.
