The Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC) is the research and rural cancer care wing of the Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), an autonomous institute under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, located in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. ACTREC is looking for an Engineer (Electrical) to join its facility management team on a contract basis through an outsourced manpower agency, A-1 Facility and Property Managers Pvt. Ltd. The initial contract period is 12 months, extendable as per requirement. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in hospital, commercial, or high-rise residential building projects, and there is no written exam — selection is through a direct walk-in interview.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification (Option 1): Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (First Class) from an AICTE-approved college or university, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Qualification (Option 2): Full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering (First Class) from a State Board of Technical Examination, with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Preferred Experience: Experience in executing hospital, commercial, or high-rise residential building projects is preferred.
• Work Conditions: You must be willing to work in shifts, including nights, Sundays, and holidays.

Age Limit

• You should be up to 35 years old to apply for this post.

Salary

• You will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 65,000 per month, based on your experience above the minimum eligibility criteria.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

ACTREC will select candidates directly through a walk-in interview. There is no written test for this post:
