The Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC) is the research and rural cancer care wing of the Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), an autonomous institute under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, located in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. ACTREC is looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join its facility management team on a contract basis through an outsourced manpower agency, A-1 Facility and Property Managers Pvt. Ltd. The initial contract period is 12 months, extendable as per requirement. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), and there is no written exam — selection is through a direct walk-in interview.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: SSC pass with ITI in Diesel Mechanic (1-year course) from a Government recognized institution, or an NCVT certificate.
• Experience: You need at least 3 years of experience handling D.G. Sets and other electromechanical equipment.
• Preferred Experience: Candidates who have worked with an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) will be preferred.
• Work Conditions: You must be willing to work in shifts, including nights, Sundays, and holidays.

Age Limit

• You should be up to 33 years old to apply for this post.

Salary

• You will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 26,210 to Rs. 35,000 per month, based on your experience above the minimum eligibility criteria.
