Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), set up in 1941, is India's National Comprehensive Cancer Centre and runs Tata Memorial Hospital along with several regional cancer centres across the country under the Department of Atomic Energy. Who Can Apply?

  • Qualification: You need an MD/DNB in Radiation Oncology, or an equivalent postgraduate degree with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Nationality: Only Indian Nationals can apply for this fellowship.

Age Limit

  • You should be up to 40 years old to apply for this fellowship.
  • Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years, OBC candidates get 3 years, and Persons with Disabilities get 10 years of relaxation.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in contouring, treatment planning, and radiotherapy delivery for thoracic malignancies
  • Maintain accurate patient treatment records and follow-up documentation
  • Support ongoing clinical research and academic activities in the department
  • Attend academic sessions, journal clubs, and training programs conducted by the department
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including surgical and medical oncology
