This is a live-in care role in a person's home, not a hospital desk job or a Haryana posting. The arrangement focuses on personal support inside the home, where reliability, calm communication and respect for the care recipient's privacy are central to everyday work. It suits trained caregivers and nursing candidates who are comfortable supporting a person with disability through daily life.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Nature of care: You will live at the workplace and remain available through the work week, while receiving reasonable breaks for sleep, rest and personal needs.
• Work schedule: The normal arrangement is a six-day week. Leave includes annual vacation and religious or national holidays under the stated employment conditions and Israeli rules.
• Contract: The initial engagement runs for two years and can be renewed. The detailed terms are provided in the Standard Employment Contract.
• Gender distribution: The demand is planned with 90% places for women and 10% for men, as stated in the job description.
• Accommodation and food: The employer provides both, but permitted deductions can be made from pay according to the location, food supplied and the written agreement you understand.
• Medical cover: The employer arranges insurance and deducts the stated insurance charge. You must also meet Israel's visa medical-fitness rules.
• Travel: You pay for your joining ticket. Check the employment contract carefully for any other travel obligations before accepting the offer.
• Police clearance: An Indian Police Clearance Certificate is required. You also need overseas clearance if you have stayed outside India for more than six months.
• Israel history: You must not have worked in Israel before, and your spouse, parents or children must not currently live or work there.
• Final decision: The Israeli employer alone decides selection or rejection. NSDC facilitates the arrangement but does not make the hiring decision.
