TNSC Bank Cooperative Intern Recruitment 2026 - 5 Posts

The Tamil Nadu State Apex Cooperative Bank Ltd. wants to hire 5 Cooperative Interns to strengthen the cooperative movement at the grassroots level and make sure the schemes of the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India reach people on the ground. There is no written exam — selection is based on your academic marks. The interns will be placed at District Central Cooperative Banks in Erode, Kancheepuram, Madurai, Nilgiris and Thanjavur.

There are 5 Cooperative Intern posts, one each at the following District Central Cooperative Banks (DCCBs):

• Erode
• Kancheepuram
• Madurai
• Nilgiris
• Thanjavur

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have an MBA or equivalent in Marketing Management, Cooperative Management, Agri Business Management or Rural Development Management.
• Study Pattern: You should have followed the 10+2+3+2 or 10+2+4+2 education pattern.
• Computer Skills: You must have proficiency in computers.

Age Limit

• You should be between 21 and 30 years old.

Salary

• You will get a fixed pay of Rs. 25,000 per month.
• The internship is for 1 year and may be extended further if your performance is found satisfactory and useful to the institution.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on the marks you scored in your studies:

1. 10th Standard: 5% weightage
2. Higher Secondary (12th): 15% weightage
3. Graduation: 25% weightage
4. Post Graduation: 40% weightage

Extra marks for additional qualifications:

• Cooperative Management: 5%
• Computer Education: 5%

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

• Prepare and share weekly status reports of scheme implementation
• Maintain confidentiality of all bank documents during the internship
