RITES Limited has released advertisement for YP/61/26 and YP/62/26 to engage Individual Consultants for hospital management system and hospital IT work. Both positions are for Guwahati location with a tentative engagement of 12 months. The selection mode is interview only after document scrutiny, so your uploaded documents and experience proof matter a lot.

Who Can Apply?

ICT Engineer 1 - Hospital Management System

• Qualification: You need a Graduate degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience: You need 5 years of technical experience in Hospital Management System work.
• Software Skills: Experience with hospital software such as Java, Oracle, databases, front ends, and cloud systems is needed.
• Language: You should have good command over English.

Junior ICT Engineer

• Qualification: You need B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology, or MCA.
• Experience: You need at least 7 years of professional experience.
• Hospital IT Work: You should have worked in at least 1 large hospital project and should know hospital information systems for more than 100 beds.
• Language: You should know English and Assamese.

Age Limit

• ICT Engineer 1: Not exceeding 62 years.
• Junior ICT Engineer: Not exceeding 50 years.
• Cut-off Date: Age, experience, and eligibility will be counted as on 19 June 2026.

Salary

• ICT Engineer 1: Rs. 7,560 per day, paid based on marked attendance. Weekly off-days and gazetted holidays between work periods will not be counted for payment.
• Junior ICT Engineer: Rs. 90,000 per month.
• Travel Note: For ICT Engineer 1, air travel reimbursement is limited to the New Delhi - Guwahati round trip route when called by the company.
• Benefits Note: The notice says consultants will not get statutory benefits like PF, ESI, or gratuity.

Application Fee

• All categories: No application fee. The notice clearly states the fee is NIL.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

RITES will select candidates through document scrutiny and interview. Your experience certificates and uploaded proof must match the claims made in the online form.

1. Online Application Check: Candidates who submit the online form will be provisionally allowed for document scrutiny.
2. Document Scrutiny / Verification: RITES will check eligibility, qualification, age, and experience proof. This is scheduled for 22-23 June 2026.
3. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated on technical skills, subject knowledge, experience, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Client Approval: Suitable CVs may be shared with the client, and the final engagement letter depends on client approval and project requirement.

How to Apply

2. Open the online registration form and fill in your personal, qualification, experience, and category details.
3. Submit the form and note the Registration Number generated by the system.
4. Upload clear scanned documents, including age proof, marksheets, certificates, experience proof, ID proof, and PAN card.
5. Print the submitted application form and keep it ready for document verification and interview.
6. Do not send hard copies by post; the notice says hard copies are not required.

Documents to Upload and Carry

• Photo and identity: Upload a passport size photo, Aadhaar or other ID/address proof, and PAN card.
• Age proof: High School certificate is needed for date of birth proof.
• Education proof: Upload 10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduation, and Post Graduation marksheets and certificates as applicable.
• Experience proof: Upload certificates for every claimed work period, plus salary proof such as Form 16, salary slips, earning card, or appraisal letter where needed.
• Current employment: Government, PSU, or departmental candidates need proper relieving/NOC documents before joining.
• Checklist: Bring or upload the filled Annexure-A document checklist at document verification.

Application caution: RITES says hard copies should not be sent by post or courier. You should upload documents clearly on the portal, keep a printed copy of the submitted online form, and carry originals with one self-attested copy during the selection process.
