RITES Limited has released VC Nos. YP/61/26 and YP/62/26 for individual consultant engagement in Hospital Management System related ICT work. Both posts are connected with work at Guwahati, Assam, and the engagement is for a tentative period of 12 months. There is no written exam; selection is through document scrutiny and interview.

Who Can Apply?

For ICT Engineer 1 - Hospital Management System

• Qualification: You need a Graduate degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience: You need 5 years of professional technical experience in Hospital Management System work.
• Skills: Experience with hospital software such as Java, Oracle, databases, front ends, and cloud systems is required.
• Language: You should have good command of English.

For Junior ICT Engineer

• Qualification: You need B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology, or MCA.
• Experience: You need at least 7 years of professional experience.
• Hospital Project Work: You should have worked on at least 1 large hospital project and have experience in planning or designing Hospital Information Systems for hospitals with more than 100 beds.
• Language: You should have good command of English and Assamese.

Age Limit

• ICT Engineer 1: Maximum age is 62 years.
• Junior ICT Engineer: Maximum age is 50 years.
• Cut-off Date: Age, experience, and other eligibility conditions will be counted as on 19 June 2026.

Pay and Tenure

• ICT Engineer 1: Payment is Rs. 7,560 per working day, based on marked attendance.
• Junior ICT Engineer: Payment is Rs. 90,000 per month.
• Tenure: Both posts have a tentative engagement period of 12 months.
• Travel Reimbursement: For ICT Engineer 1, air travel reimbursement is limited to the New Delhi-Guwahati round trip route when called by the company.
• Benefits: The notice says consultants will not get statutory benefits such as PF, ESI, or gratuity.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

RITES will use document scrutiny and interview for this recruitment.
