Salary

• Senior Manager (Electrical): 7th CPC Level 8 to Level 10 for Junior Scale / Group-B and above officials.
• Manager (Electrical): 7th CPC Level 7 for SSE level officials.
• Assistant Manager (Electrical): 7th CPC Level 6 for JE/SSE level officials.
• On deputation, the official gets parent pay plus deputation allowance and other admissible perks as per Railway Board guidelines.
• RITES also provides company or leased accommodation as per entitlement to officers joining on deputation.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on documented service record and interview. The circular provides separate 100-mark criteria for deputation and immediate absorption.

1. Educational Qualification: Basic Degree/Diploma in the relevant discipline carries marks. Relevant additional qualification can add extra marks.
2. Vigilance / D&AR Record: Service record and any penalty history are checked as part of the scoring.
