• Naval Architect: Degree in Naval Architecture with at least 1 year of experience in stability and mooring analysis.
• Master Mariner: Certificate of Competency as Master (F.G./NCV) with at least 1 year of experience as Master on an ocean-going or offshore vessel.

For Subject Matter Expert/Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience in a specialized field like advanced inspection techniques, Fire & Safety, Green Energy, Railways or Metro Rail.

Age Limit

• Maximum age is 65 years for most Consultant Engineer categories, Naval Architect, Master Mariner and Subject Matter Expert roles.
• Maximum age is 60 years for Deck Officer.
• Age relaxation up to 75 years may be given to specialists in Nuclear, Green Energy and Renewable Energy sectors under special circumstances.

Salary

• Empanelled consultants are paid per diem fees as approved by CEIL for each category of Consultant Engineer/Professional — the fee is fixed for the empanelment period.
• Outstation duty comes with reimbursed travelling and lodging expenses as per CEIL's terms and conditions.
• You also get a Group Personal Accident insurance cover of Rs. 15 Lakhs in addition to your professional fees and daily allowances.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)
