Selection Process (No Written Exam)

RITES will consider applications using a 100-mark deputation assessment. The notification mentions a minimum qualifying score of 60% for being considered in the merit list.

1. Educational Qualification: 15 marks, including 10 marks for basic minimum qualification and up to 5 marks for additional relevant qualifications.
2. Vigilance / DAR Record: 10 marks based on vigilance history and penalty record.
3. Performance in Service: 25 marks based on APARs for the last 5 years.
4. Interview: 50 marks covering domain knowledge, work experience, managerial competency, and overall suitability.
5. Document Verification: NOC, vigilance clearance, DAR record, APARs, service details, and eligibility documents will be checked.
