Who Can Apply?

For Visiting Assistant Professor (Rs. 70,000/month):

• Qualification: First Class in MA/MSc with M.Ed. and a pass in the National Eligibility Test (NET) or State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) in the concerned subject.
• Desirable: A Ph.D. in Education and knowledge of Pedagogy in Mathematics or Physical Science.

For Part-Time Assistant Professor - Sanskrit (Rs. 2,000/hour):

• Qualification: First Class in M.A. (Sanskrit) or equivalent.
• Desirable: A Ph.D. in the subject.

For both posts, a minimum of one year of teaching experience in a reputed college is desirable.

Salary

• Visiting Assistant Professor: Rs. 70,000 per month.
• Part-Time Assistant Professor (Sanskrit): Rs. 2,000 per hour.

Selection Process (Walk-in Interview)

There is no written exam. Selection is done through a direct walk-in interview:

1. Document Verification: Report between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM on 15 July 2026 with your filled application form and all original and self-attested copies of certificates.
2. Walk-in Interview: The interview is held on the same day in the Department of Education (C/O Maths Department), NIT Warangal.
