Kamareddy AYUSH Multi-Post Recruitment 2026: Overview

The Office of the Collector and District Magistrate, Kamareddy is hiring for six categories of AYUSH public health posts under the National AYUSH Mission. The posts belong to the Department of AYUSH, Telangana, and you will work under the administrative control of its Director in Secunderabad, although your duty station is in Kamareddy District.

This drive is the Kamareddy share of a state-wide sanction under G.O.Rt.No.1508 issued by the Finance (HRM.VII) Department, which cleared AYUSH public health posts across Telangana. Every post here is an outsourcing engagement, not a regular government appointment. The openings range from PG-qualified AYUSH doctors to a field worker who only needs to have passed Class 7, so check the post list before you pick a form.

Posts and Disciplines

• AYUSH Doctor with PG Qualification: a specialist post for doctors holding a postgraduate degree in Ayurveda, Unani, Homoeopathy or Naturopathy.
• AYUSH Medical Officer: the general AYUSH doctor post for degree holders in any of the four systems with a completed internship; one of these posts is on the SC (Group-II) roster point.
• Dietician: a nutrition post for B.Sc Nutrition graduates supporting the public health programme.
• Psychosocial Counselor: an on-call counselling role for MSW holders; selected candidates join a panel and are called in when needed.
• Yoga Professional: open to Naturopathy degree holders and to holders of a Diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences.
• Multi Purpose Worker (MPW): a field post for Class 7 pass candidates who can ride a bicycle or motorcycle; one MPW post is on the SC (Group-II) roster point.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: The engagement runs up to 31 March 2027. After that, it continues only if the department still needs the post and your performance has been satisfactory.
• Multi-zonal doctor posts: The AYUSH Doctor with PG Qualification and AYUSH Medical Officer posts belong to a multi-zonal cadre. You can apply in any district of your multi-zone, but you will be selected for only one district.
• Local reservation: 95% of the multi-zonal posts are reserved for local candidates under the Presidential Order. The Dietician, Psychosocial Counselor, Yoga Professional and MPW posts are district cadre posts.
• Psychosocial Counselor panel: This is not a fixed monthly job. You are paid per session, with at least 200 visits expected in a year.
• Registration: The two doctor posts need a valid Board of Indian Medicine registration.
• Reservation rules: Community, disability and ex-servicemen reservation follow the Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.
• Selection committee: A District Selection Committee chaired by the District Collector, with the AYUSH Regional Deputy Director as convener, makes the selections.

The counter takes forms from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM on working days only. The committee is not responsible for postal delays, and any form that arrives after the last date is rejected, so post yours early.
