Who Can Apply?

• Eligible Organizations: Officers from the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, recognized Research Institutes, Public Sector Undertakings, or Statutory/Autonomous organizations.
• Eligibility Route 1: You are holding an analogous (equivalent) post on a regular basis in your parent cadre or department.
• Eligibility Route 2: You have 2 years of regular service after appointment in Level-7 of the Pay Matrix (or equivalent) in your parent cadre or department.
• Qualification: A Master's Degree/M.Tech in Computer Application or Computer Science, OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Technology, Information Technology, Electronics, or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in application programming, SQL, web development, and Python.
• Desirable: 2 years of post-qualification experience in electronic data processing, programming, information technology, and networking — this can strengthen your candidature if you already meet the essential criteria.

Age Limit

• You should not be more than 56 years old as on the last date of receipt of applications.

Salary

• Selected candidates will draw pay in Level-8 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix, ranging from Rs. 47,600 to Rs. 1,51,100 per month (pre-revised PB-2 Rs. 9,300-34,800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4,800).
• You will also get DA, HRA, TA and other allowances as admissible to Central Government employees.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Since this is a deputation posting for experienced technology professionals, NCB does not conduct a written exam for these vacancies. You get selected purely through document screening:
