The University of Lucknow has released an advertisement for 1 Project Fellow post under a Centre of Excellence project titled "Social Media and Modern Journalism in India: Evaluating Transformations in Journalistic Practices with Special Reference to Uttar Pradesh". The project is sponsored by the Department of Higher Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh, and is led by Prof. Mukul Srivastava. This is a coterminus, project-based post for a fixed period of 10 months. Candidates with research, fieldwork, or digital media experience are preferred.

Who Can Apply?

• Essential Qualification: Postgraduate in Journalism & Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related discipline with at least 55% marks
• Preferred: Candidates with research experience, fieldwork experience, digital media handling, report writing, or journalism-related practical exposure
• Nationality: Indian citizen

Salary

• You will get a fellowship of Rs. 20,000 per month for a period of 10 months.
• The post is coterminus with the project.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is through a walk-in interview:
