ICMR-NICPR, Noida, has released an advertisement (Advt No. NICPR/YP Recruitment(F&A)/2026/521) to engage one Young Professional-III in its Finance & Accounts wing under the ICMR Young Professionals Scheme. This is a walk-in-interview based hiring — there is no separate online application form, but you must register your interest through a Google Form before attending. If more than 30 candidates register for the single post, a written test will be held first, and only shortlisted candidates will get an interview on the same day.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: M.Com / MBA (minimum 55% marks) from a recognized University/College, or CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter) / CS (Inter).
• Experience: At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field, counted from the date you completed your minimum essential qualification.
• Desirable Skills: Knowledge of IT applications, virtual meeting platforms, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tally).
• Candidates already in regular service under any Central/State Government, Autonomous body, or PSU cannot apply.

Age Limit

• You should not be older than 40 years as on the date of the interview.
• Age concession is allowed for experienced and skilled persons who have served in Government-recognized organizations, as per ICMR guidelines.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 50,000 per month.
• No House Rent Allowance (HRA) is paid to Young Professionals.
• No provident fund, Leave Travel Concession, or Medical Claim benefits are given, since the post is purely temporary.

Selection Process

The selection will be done through:

1. Google Form Registration: Register your willingness to participate before the deadline.
2. Document Verification: Reporting and document check will happen from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on the interview day.
3. Written Test (Conditional): Held only if more than 30 candidates register for the post; shortlisted at a 1:10 ratio for interview.
4. Interview / Personal Discussion: Final selection is based on your performance in the interview.
