Salary

Selected candidates will get a pay scale of Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,20,000 under the E0 grade on IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance) pattern. You will also get Industrial Dearness Allowance as per IDA rules.

Who Can Apply — Eligibility

Educational Qualification

• Full-time regular MBA or an equivalent postgraduate degree
• Specialization in Marketing is required
• Minimum 60% marks in the MBA or equivalent degree
• Degree must be from a recognized university or institution

Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in any of the following areas:
• Marketing
• Business Development
• Contract Management
• Property Development

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of project management
• Experience in marketing and business development
• Good communication and letter drafting skills
• Knowledge of tender document preparation
• Experience in space management and advertisement
• Knowledge of revenue collection processes

Age Limit (as on 01-02-2026)

• Maximum age: 30 years
• Age relaxation of 5 years for regular KMRL employees
• Age relaxation of 3 years for KMRL contract employees

Selection Process

KMRL will select candidates through a Written/Online Test and/or Interview. The exact mode of selection will be decided by KMRL at their discretion based on the number of applications received.
