Service Conditions and Caveats

• Citizenship: Only Indian citizens can apply.
• Pension and benefits: The posts are covered by the National Pension System (NPS), with medical reimbursement and LTC as per Government of India norms.
• Institute employees: No upper age limit applies to them, but they need at least one year of service left before superannuation, counted from the closing date.
• What counts as experience: Apprenticeship, training and similar engagements are not counted. Experience certificates must be on the employer's letterhead and show the post, duties, period and pay level, with date, signature, name and seal.
• Equivalent pay claims: Attach an equivalency certificate from your present employer; if you work under the IDA pay pattern, it must name the matching Central Government pay level.
• OBC-NCL certificate: It must be in the Government of India format, issued in the current or previous financial year, and a valid one is needed at joining.
• Government employees: Apply through proper channel and upload the NOC and Vigilance Clearance Certificate; if you cannot show them at the written exam, your candidature is rejected.
• Shortlisting: If many people apply, the institute may call only candidates with higher qualifications or government-sector experience.
