Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) Incubation Foundation, a Section 8 Company under the aegis of IIM Indore, has released notification for 2 Program Executive/Associate posts. The Foundation supports innovation and entrepreneurship by providing a dynamic platform for start-ups to grow and thrive. These are contract-based positions for an initial period of 2 years, with the possibility of extension based on performance. Who Can Apply?

For Program Executive/Associate (Fundraising):

• Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Science & Technology, Economics, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in fundraising, partnerships, or business development — preferably in non-profit or start-up ecosystems
• Skills: Strong communication, proposal writing, and relationship-building skills
• Preferred: Experience in securing corporate sponsorships, CSR funds, government grants, and other funding sources

For Program Executive/Associate (Marketing):

• Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing and program promotion — preferably in start-up or entrepreneurial ecosystems
• Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation
• Preferred: Strong communication, branding, and event management skills

Age Limit

• You should be below 35 years as on the date of application.

Salary

• Selected candidates will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month.
• This is a consolidated honorarium — no additional benefits or facilities are provided during the contract period.
• The exact salary will be decided by mutual agreement.

Selection Process

Selection will be done through the following process:

1. Shortlisting: Based on qualifications, experience, and submitted materials. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The selection committee will evaluate alignment with the goals and requirements of the position.

Note: Meeting the minimum eligibility does not guarantee a call for interview. The selection committee's decision is final.

• Organize promotional events, webinars, and outreach campaigns for the foundation
