Service Conditions and Caveats

• Full-time role: Selected professionals are expected to join the institute full time and take an active part in institutional work rather than serve only as occasional guest speakers.
• Tenure: The initial contract runs for one year and may be renewed annually on performance for an initial maximum of three years. A further extension may be considered after a rigorous review.
• Industry contribution: You are expected to build strong links with organisations, identify consulting work and help expand collaboration between the institute and industry.
• Programme development: The role includes creating executive-education offerings that respond to current business challenges and contributing to flagship and executive programmes under institute norms.
