The Haryana State Cooperative Apex Bank Ltd. (HARCO Bank) has invited applications for 2 Professional Director posts on its Board of Directors. This is a part-time position under Section 29 of the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984. Selected candidates will be co-opted as Board Directors to bring professional expertise to the bank.

This is not a regular salaried government job. It is a Board-level position where you attend meetings and contribute your professional knowledge to guide the bank.

Who Can Apply

You must hold any ONE of the following qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (for Accountancy expertise)
• Graduate or Post-Graduate in Agriculture, or an Agricultural Engineer (for Agriculture expertise)
• Graduate with Senior Management-level experience in Banking (for Banking expertise)
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Post-Graduate in Economics, Commerce, Finance, Management, or MBA (for Finance/Economics expertise)
• Graduate or Post-Graduate in Law (for Law expertise)

You must also meet these conditions:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in your relevant field
• Must be a permanent resident of Haryana
• Must not be a loan defaulter
• Must not have had any business relationship with HARCO Bank in the last 3 years

Pay and Allowances

This is a part-time Board position and does not carry a fixed monthly salary. You will receive:

• T.A. (Travelling Allowance) and Sitting Allowance of Rs. 3,000/- per sitting
