The official addendum dated 8 June 2026 extends the last date for online application and fee payment to 15 June 2026, 23:59 hours. Online registration started on 19 May 2026. Graduates can apply after registration on the NATS and/or NAPS apprenticeship portals.

Bank of Baroda Apprentice Recruitment 2026 - 5,000 Seats
Bank of Baroda has announced 5,000 apprenticeship training seats across States and Union Territories. The category-wise total in the official advertisement is 2,148 UR, 1,208 OBC, 717 SC, 441 ST and 486 EWS. PwBD horizontal reservations are also listed in the State/UT-wise table. The seat count is provisional and may change as per the Bank's requirement.
Who Can Apply?
- Registration: candidates registered on NAPS and/or NATS are eligible to apply.
- Education: Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
- Age limit: minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years as on 1 May 2026.
- Age relaxation: relaxation applies for SC, ST, OBC and PwBD candidates as per Government of India guidelines.
- Prior apprenticeship: candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship, are pursuing apprenticeship, or have one year or more training/job experience after the qualification are not eligible as per the advertisement conditions.
Stipend
- Monthly stipend: Rs. 15,000 during the one-year apprenticeship.
- Other benefits: apprentices are trainees and are not eligible for regular employee allowances or benefits.
- Training period: 12 months of on-the-job training.
Application Fee
- SC / ST: Rs. 200 plus GST.
- PwBD: Rs. 200 plus GST.
- General / EWS / OBC male: Rs. 800 plus GST.
- General / EWS / OBC female or transgender: Rs. 600 plus GST.
- Payment rule: registration is complete only after the applicable charges are paid online through BFSI SSC by the revised deadline.
Selection Process
- Online examination: 100 questions for 100 marks, with a total duration of 60 minutes.
- Test sections: General/Financial Awareness, Quantitative and Reasoning Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, and General English.
- Negative marking: the advertisement states there will be no negative marks for wrong answers.
- Document verification: eligibility for age, qualification and category is checked after qualifying the test.
- Local language test: candidates must prove proficiency in the specified language of the State/UT applied for, unless exempted through 10th or 12th standard marksheet proof.
- Medical fitness: final engagement is subject to being declared medically fit.

- Apply against the Bank of Baroda apprenticeship opportunity on the relevant apprenticeship portal.
- Complete the final application and examination fee form received through BFSI SSC.
- Select only one State/UT and choose up to three preferred training locations for that State/UT.
