Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has released Advertisement No. 01/2026 for Faculty and Senior Resident posts at ESIC Medical College Hospital, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad. The recruitment covers 29 departments and specialties, including super-specialty departments such as Cardiology, Hematology, Medical Oncology, Neonatology, Surgical Oncology, and Rheumatology. Selection is through walk-in interview, with no written exam mentioned in the notification.

This is a rolling contractual recruitment. Vacancies may increase or decrease as per patient care and NMC requirements. Selected candidates must join immediately after receiving the offer of appointment.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must meet the educational qualification and experience rules under Medical Institutions (Qualifications of Faculty) Regulations 2025, NMC Gazette Notification dated 30 June 2025.
• Senior Resident: Eligibility is also as per NMC rules. For super-specialty Senior Resident posts, candidates from parent broad specialties may be considered if super-specialty candidates are not available.
• DNB Equivalence: DNB broad specialty and super-specialty qualifications from institutions with attached hospital or 500+ beds are treated equivalent to MD/MS and DM/M.Ch. Other cases need one extra year of senior residency in a medical college.
• Dentistry: For Senior Resident in Dentistry, MDS in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, or Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is preferred.

Age Limit

• Faculty: Maximum age is 69 years as on the date of walk-in interview.
• Senior Resident: Maximum age is 45 years as on the date of walk-in interview.
• Eligibility, age, qualification, and experience will be counted with reference to the respective interview date.

Salary

• Professor: Rs. 2,59,515 per month consolidated; approximate total monthly earnings Rs. 2,71,035.
• Associate Professor: Rs. 1,72,572 per month consolidated; approximate total monthly earnings Rs. 1,84,092.
• Assistant Professor and Senior Resident (1 Year): Rs. 1,48,263 per month consolidated; approximate total monthly earnings Rs. 1,59,783.
• Senior Resident: 7th CPC Level-11 with basic pay of Rs. 67,700 plus DA, NPA, HRA and other allowances as per rules.
• The consolidated salary includes NPA 20%, DA 60%, and HRA 27% for applicable medical officers.

Application Fee

• SC / ST / Female / Ex-servicemen / PH candidates: No fee.
• All other categories: Rs. 500.
• The fee will be collected through online payment system (SB Collect) at the venue during registration or document verification.
• Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection will be based on interview performance:

1. Registration and Document Verification: Report between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM on your department's interview date.
2. Walk-in Interview: The Selection Board will assess eligible candidates through interview.
3. Result: Result will be displayed on the ESIC website.
4. Immediate Joining: Selected candidates must join immediately after receiving the appointment offer.

4. Carry two recent self-attested passport-size photographs.
5. Report to the Academic Block, ESIC Medical College, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM on the interview date for your department.
6. Pay the fee at the venue if your category is not exempted.
7. Attend the walk-in interview before the Selection Board.
