Who Can Apply?

• Experience: PG Degree holders need 3 years of experience in the specialty after the degree, OR PG Diploma holders need at least 5 years of experience after the diploma.

Age Limit

• Your age should not exceed 69 years as on the date of interview (17 July 2026).

Salary

• Full-Time Contractual Specialist (FTCS): Rs. 1,31,067 per month (fixed), plus transport allowance and DA on transport allowance as per rules.
• Part-Time Contractual Specialist (PTCS): Rs. 60,000 per month (fixed). If you opt for emergency call duty, you get Rs. 15,000 per emergency visit and Rs. 800 per hour for extra hours beyond 16 hours a week.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

The selection is based on:

1. Document Verification: Bring your original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies for verification at the venue.
2. Walk-In Interview: A panel interviews you on the spot after document verification.
3. Medical Fitness Certificate: Your selection depends on a medical fitness certificate issued by the Medical Board at ESIC Hospital Vapi.

How to Apply

2. Reach ESIC Hospital Vapi, Near KBS College, Vapi-Silvassa Road, Vapi, Gujarat on 17 July 2026 between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM for document submission.
3. Carry two passport size photographs and one set of self-attested photocopies with originals for verification.
4. Attend the walk-in interview after document verification.
5. If selected, submit a refundable security deposit of Rs. 30,000 by demand draft in favour of "ESIC Fund Account No.1".

Job Terms and Conditions

• The FTCS contract is for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance, or until a regular candidate joins.
• The PTCS contract is for 1 year, with duty on Monday to Thursday.
• FTCS duty hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday-Friday) and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Saturday).
• PTCS working hours are 16 hours per week.
• You will not get regular service benefits like PF, Pension, Gratuity or Promotion — this is a contractual post.
• FTCS specialists cannot take up private practice during the contract.
• You must have a professional indemnity insurance policy (minimum Rs. 10-30 lakhs depending on specialty) within 7 days of joining.
• FTCS candidates get 4 days of leave for every completed month of work — unused leave can be encashed up to a maximum of 30 days a year.
• PTCS candidates are not entitled to any kind of leave or benefits.
• Hostel accommodation, quarters, and uniform are not provided.
• This contractual engagement can be ended by either side with one month's prior notice, without assigning any reason.
• On selection, you need to open a savings account with the State Bank of India if you do not already have one.

• MBBS mark sheet and degree certificate

• Aadhaar card (UID)
• Experience certificate
• MCI registration copy
• NOC from your present employer, if you are already in service

OBC candidates must submit a certificate that is not older than one year, in the format prescribed by the Government of India. Certificates in any other format will not be accepted, and such candidates will be treated as General Category.
