Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital and Medical College (Dr. BSA Hospital), run by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi, has opened 8 Senior Resident posts under Advt. No. BSAH/SeniorResident/AdhocAdvt-04/SR/5/2026. The vacancies are spread across ENT, Urology, Radiology, and Psychiatry. Selection is purely on a merit list based on the interview — there is no written exam. You must register online first and then attend the walk-in interview with your documents.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You need an MBBS with a Postgraduate degree, DNB, or Diploma (or equivalent under the Residency Scheme) in the concerned specialty from a recognised University or Institute on the day of the interview.
• Senior Residency limit: You must NOT have already completed 3 years of Senior Residency at any recognised institute (regular or ad-hoc).
• Registration: You must be registered with the Delhi Medical Council (DMC) with your PG degree/diploma updated on the day of the interview.
• Super-specialty: For super-specialty branches, special preference is given to candidates with a super-specialty qualification or experience.
• If enough qualified candidates are not available, a non-PG candidate with 2 years of experience in a Government hospital in the same branch may be considered.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 45 years as on the date of interview.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC & ST candidates, and 3 years for OBC candidates (Non-Creamy Layer belonging to Delhi only).

Salary

• Pay will be as per 7th CPC guidelines as adopted by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
• You will also get DA, HRA, and other allowances as per Delhi Government rules.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is done in the following stages:

1. Online Registration: Register through the official Google Form link before attending.
2. Walk-in Interview: Report to the Office of the Medical Director, Dr. BSA Hospital on 22 May 2026 between 9 AM and 10 AM. Entry is not allowed after 10 AM.
3. Merit List: Selection is purely on the merit list prepared from the interview.
4. Document Verification with original certificates.
5. Medical Fitness check before joining.

No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview.

2. After submitting, you will get an auto-generated email with a prefilled application form.
3. Take a printout of the prefilled form and paste one passport-size photo on it.
4. Bring the printed form, two passport photos, and self-attested photocopies plus original documents.

• Take up postings anywhere in the hospital for patient care or public interest during emergencies
