Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) Young Professional Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued circular No. AV-13024/18/2023-AS dated 1 June 2026 for engagement of one Young Professional in the Cyber Security Cell. The post is attached to the Aviation Security Section and the work is based at Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan, New Delhi. This is a full-time contract assignment for cyber security audit, VAPT, threat analysis, reporting, and coordination work.

Educational Qualification

• Degree: You need any one of these from a recognised university with at least 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Engineering/Technology route: Bachelor degree in Technology, Engineering, or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or Electronics and Communication.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the required domain field in areas of cyber security.
• Work fit: The role is suitable for candidates who can handle VAPT, cyber threat tracking, vulnerability analysis, code review, security audit, reports, and stakeholder coordination.
