Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF), a Navratna Government of India undertaking, needs visiting doctors for its Trombay hospital and panel doctors for employee medical care in Mumbai-region localities. The assignment is for an initial period of three years. Honorarium and panel reimbursement rates will be conveyed by the selection committee during the personal interview.

• Honorary Doctors: 31 posts across Physician, Orthopedic Surgeon, Dentist, Ayurvedic Physician, Homeopathic Physician, Radiologist, ENT Surgeon, Physiotherapist, Ophthalmologist, Pediatrician, Dermatologist, Psychiatrist, General Surgeon, Gynecologist, Chest Physician/Pulmonologist, Cardiologist, Nephrologist, Gastroenterologist and Urologist.
• Panel Doctors: 15 requirements across Vashi, Koparkhairane, Nerul, Kalwa, Panvel, Bhandup, Dombivali, Kharghar, Thane and Sanpada.

Panel-area split:

• Vashi: 4 panel doctors
• Nerul: 2 panel doctors
• Kharghar: 2 panel doctors
• Koparkhairane, Kalwa, Panvel, Bhandup, Dombivali, Thane and Sanpada: 1 panel doctor each

Who Can Apply?

Honorary Doctors

• Specialist qualification: You need the specialty qualification listed in the notice, such as MD, MS, DNB, DM, MCh, BDS/MDS, BAMS/MD Ayurved, BHMS/MD Homeopathy or BPTH/B.Sc (PT), depending on the post.
• Experience: Most specialties need 5 years after post-graduation. Dentists need 5 years after graduation, and Physiotherapists need 15 years after graduation.
• Registration: You must provide your medical council registration number, date and council details in the application format.

Panel Doctors

• Qualification: You must be a registered medical practitioner with an MBBS degree.
• Experience: You need at least 10 years of experience, excluding internship.
• Clinic requirement: You should have your own clinic or dispensary in the panel area with full OPD facilities, computer system, routine immunization support and minor surgical procedure facilities.

Honorarium and Reimbursement

• Honorary Doctors: Honorarium and visit frequency will be decided based on response and doctor availability.
• Panel Doctors: Reimbursement rates per patient will be shared by the selection committee during the personal interview.
• Note: The PDF does not publish a fixed monthly salary or fee chart.

Selection Process

RCF will select doctors through application scrutiny and personal interview.

1. Application check: RCF will check the prescribed format, qualification proof, registration details and experience certificates.
2. Interview call: Shortlisted doctors will be informed in writing about the date, time and venue of the interview.
3. Personal interview: The selection committee will discuss suitability, honorarium/visit frequency or reimbursement rates during the interview.
4. Engagement decision: Final engagement is temporary for three years and can be ended by either side with one month notice.
