Who Can Apply?

Speciality Medical Consultant (Anesthesia)

• Qualification: You need an MD/DNB or PG Diploma in Anesthesia from a recognised university.
• Registration: Maharashtra Medical Council registration and renewal are required where applicable.

Intensivist

• Qualification: You need MD/DNB or PG Diploma in General Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, Chest and TB, Anesthesia, Critical Care, or Emergency Medicine.
• Preference: Candidates with MD/DNB General Medicine get preference.
• Experience: PG Diploma holders need at least 12 months of ICU/critical care work.

Medical Officer

• Qualification: You need an MBBS degree from a recognised university.
• Additional requirement: You should be able to handle basic computer work and BMC hospital systems such as HMIS.

Language and Work Requirements

• Languages: You should be able to communicate clearly in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Hospital experience: Experience in a TB hospital or similar clinical setting will be preferred.
• Computer knowledge: Basic computer knowledge is required, and MS-CIT or equivalent may be asked within the prescribed time if needed.
• Clinical availability: You may be posted in OPD, indoor wards, ICU/IRCU, emergency duty, or night duty depending on hospital need.
• Medico-legal duty: You must follow medico-legal and patient-care documentation rules during duty.

Salary

• Speciality Medical Consultant (Anesthesia): Rs. 1,00,000 per month.
• Medical Officer: Rs. 90,000 per month.
• Intensivist: Rs. 1,25,000 per month for PG Diploma/PG Degree with less than 1 year experience.
• Intensivist: Rs. 1,35,000 per month for PG Degree with 1 to 5 years experience.
• Intensivist: Rs. 1,50,000 per month for PG Degree with 3 to 8 years experience.
• Intensivist: Rs. 2,00,000 per month for PG Degree with more than 8 years experience.
• Allowances: The notice says no DA, HRA, or other regular allowances are payable beyond the fixed monthly amount.

Application Fee

• Application fee: Rs. 870 + 18% GST, non-refundable.
• Payment mode: Collect the challan from the TB Hospital Group office and pay the fee in cash at the BMC F South, Parel CFC counter.
• Fee payment period: 4 June 2026 to 12 June 2026 during office hours.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection will be done through qualification-based merit and interview. BMC will prepare a merit list from the prescribed educational qualification and marks scored in the interview.

1. Document Check: BMC will verify qualification, registration, experience, identity, photo, and fee receipt.
2. Interview: Date, time, and venue will be informed on the email ID written in the application, generally two days before the interview.
3. Final Merit List: Selection will be made from the merit list, and a waiting list will remain valid up to 31 March 2027.
4. Contract Joining: Selected doctors will sign an agreement on Rs. 500 bond paper at the time of appointment.
5. Performance Review: Continuation of contract service will depend on daily attendance, service output, quality of work, and quarterly performance reports.

2. Fill in the form for the correct post and keep your email ID, phone number, and address clear.
3. Attach self-attested copies of degree, PG qualification, marksheets, MMC registration, experience certificate, Aadhaar, PAN, photo, and fee receipt.
4. Pay the application fee through the BMC challan process before submitting the form.
5. Submit the application at the TB Hospital Group, Jerbai Wadia Road, Sewri, Mumbai - 400015 during office hours between 4 June and 12 June 2026.
6. Do not send the form by post, because postal applications are not accepted as per the notice.

• Assist in procedures such as intubation, Bi-PAP/NIV support, pleural tapping, bronchoscopy, or surgical support when applicable
• Keep patient records updated in hospital registers and HMIS systems
• Follow medico-legal, infection-control, and public health reporting rules
• Work in day or night shifts as required by the hospital administration
