Dhule Municipal Corporation (DMC) has released a detailed advertisement for filling 12 vacant posts on a contract basis under the 15th Finance Commission. Selection will be done through direct walk-in interview for eligible candidates. There is no written exam — qualified candidates will be shortlisted based on documents and called for interview. Doctors with MBBS and Microbiologists with MD Microbiology can apply.

Who Can Apply?

Micro-Biologist (Rs. 75,000/month)

• Qualification: MBBS with MD Microbiology from an institute recognised by the Medical Council of India.
• Valid registration with the Medical Council is required.

Medical Officer — Part-time and Full-time

• Qualification: MBBS from an institute recognised by the Medical Council of India.
• Valid registration with the Medical Council is required.
• If MBBS candidates are not available for the Full-time Medical Officer post on interview day, BAMS-qualified candidates may be considered with a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 25,000 + Rs. 15,000 Performance Based Incentive = total Rs. 40,000/month.

Other Conditions

• You must be physically and mentally fit for the post.
• No criminal case should be pending against you.
• You must follow the Government's small family norm.
• Educational qualifications must be from a UGC-approved university.

Age Limit

• Micro-Biologist: 18 to 38 years
• Medical Officer (Part-time): 18 to 70 years
• Medical Officer (Full-time): 18 to 70 years
• Age limit will be as per Government rules at the time of selection.

Salary

• Micro-Biologist: Rs. 75,000 per month (consolidated)
• Medical Officer (Part-time): Rs. 30,000 per month (consolidated)
• Medical Officer (Full-time): Rs. 60,000 per month (consolidated)
• BAMS candidates (only if MBBS not available for Full-time MO): Rs. 25,000 + Rs. 15,000 PBI = Rs. 40,000 per month
• No other allowances. These are contract posts under the 15th Finance Commission.

Selection Process

Selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Online Application Submission: Submit your application online with all educational and experience documents uploaded.
2. Document Scrutiny: The Corporation will verify eligibility based on your submitted documents.
3. Walk-in Interview: Shortlisted candidates must appear for a direct interview at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Sabhagruh, New Administrative Building, Dhule Municipal Corporation on 15 June 2026 at 11:00 AM with original documents.
4. Final Selection: Based on educational merit, experience, and interview performance. Selection follows the social reservation policy.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience after completion of the required qualification.

• Provide medical care and treatment to patients at Dhule Municipal Corporation health centres and hospitals
• Conduct OPD consultations, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe treatment plans

• Maintain patient records and submit daily reports to the Branch Manager
• Participate in municipal health programmes, vaccination drives, and outreach camps
• Follow public health guidelines and infection-control protocols
