DFCCIL OP&BD Manager Recruitment 2026

DFCCIL is hiring 14 Manager, Assistant Manager and Junior Manager (OP&BD) officers on deputation. Who Can Apply?

Service Requirement

• Officers or officials of Indian Railways, Railway Board or other Central Government organisations with relevant field/department experience can apply.
• The notice is also addressed to eligible CPSUs, Central/State Government offices, autonomous bodies under Central Government audited by C&AG, and eligible joint ventures or organisations with Central Government stake as per the notice.

Post-wise Eligibility

• Manager: Group B officers of Central/State Government with at least 4 years of Group B Gazetted service in the relevant discipline, or PSU employees in analogous grade / Rs. 60000-180000 (IDA) E3 with 4 years in that grade.
• Assistant Manager: Group B officers of Central/State Government in the relevant discipline, or PSU employees in analogous grade / Rs. 50000-160000 (IDA) E2 with 4 years in that grade.
• Junior Manager: Central/State Government employees in analogous grade Level-8 or substantive Level-7 posts, or PSU employees in analogous grade / Rs. 40000-140000 (IDA) E1 with 4 years in that grade.

Experience

• You need minimum 5 years of experience as Station Master, Traffic Inspector, Traffic Controller or Yard Master in Indian Railways.

Age Limit

• Maximum age is 55 years.
• The cut-off date for age and eligibility is the closing date of the vacancy notice.

Salary

• Pay: Parent pay plus deputation allowance.
• Allowances: Other perks and allowances are applicable as per DFCCIL policy.
• Reference IDA levels: Manager E3 Rs. 60000-180000, Assistant Manager E2 Rs. 50000-160000, Junior Manager E1 Rs. 40000-140000.
