Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL), a Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways, has issued Vacancy Notice No. 36/2026 for one AGM/JGM/DGM (Finance) post at its Corporate Office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This is a deputation posting for 3 years, extendable up to 5 years, open to IRAS officers and finance/accounts officials from Indian Railways, Central/State Government departments, and PSUs. The exact grade you are considered for — AGM, JGM, or DGM — depends on your current seniority level, with more experienced officers considered for the higher grades.

Who Can Apply?

For AGM Level:

• Central/State Govt. officers working in an analogous grade (Level-13A) in the relevant discipline, or in Selection Grade (Level-13) with a minimum of 12 years in Group A in the relevant discipline, or PSU employees in Rs. 90,000-2,40,000 (IDA) (E6) with 4 years' service in the grade.

For JGM Level:

• Central/State Govt. officers in an analogous substantive grade (Level-13), or in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) (Level-12) with 8-12 years' service in Group A in the relevant discipline, or PSU employees in Rs. 80,000-2,20,000 (IDA) (E5) with 4 years' service in the grade.

For DGM Level:

• Central/State Govt. officers holding Senior Scale (Level-11) posts, or with 10 years' service in Group B holding cadre posts in Level-10 in their parent cadre, or PSU employees in Rs. 70,000-2,00,000 (IDA) (E4) with 4 years' service in the grade.

• Preferred Experience: Exposure to Commercial and Transportation matters of Indian Railways, along with works, tenders, accounting, taxation, loans, funds management, financial concurrence and budget matters.

Age Limit

• You should not be more than 55 years old as on the closing date of the vacancy notice.

Salary

• You will get your parent pay plus deputation allowance, along with other perks and allowances as per DFCCIL policy.
• The exact pay depends on your current basic pay in your parent department at the time of joining DFCCIL on deputation.

Selection Process (Deputation Basis)

This is a deputation appointment, not a competitive exam. Your application is considered as follows:

1. Application Screening: Your application is checked for eligibility, along with your APAR ratings for the last five years and vigilance/D&AR clearance.
2. Selection by DFCCIL: DFCCIL selects eligible officers based on their experience and suitability for the AGM/JGM/DGM grade.
