Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL), a public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Railways, has released Vacancy Notice No. 21/2026 to fill 1 General Manager (OP&BD) post at its Corporate Office on deputation. This is a senior operations and business development role open to in-service IRTS, government, and PSU officers. You apply through proper channel, not directly online.

Who Can Apply?

This post is for serving officers, mainly from the traffic and commercial side (IRTS). You must be working in one of these grades:

For Central / State Government Officers

• Officers from IRTS of Indian Railways or officers of Central Government / CPSU in the relevant discipline.
• Working in an analogous grade, that is SAG (Level-14) in the relevant discipline, OR
• In SG (Level-13) with 17 years of service in Group A in the relevant discipline.

For PSU Employees

• Working in an analogous grade Rs. 1,20,000-2,80,000 (IDA) (E8) in the relevant discipline, OR
• In Rs. 1,00,000-2,60,000 (IDA) (E7) with 4 years of service in that grade.

You must apply through proper channel with NOC, attested APAR ratings for the last five years, and Vigilance/D&AR clearance.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 55 years.
• The cut-off date for age and eligibility is the closing date of the vacancy notice (5 June 2026).

Salary

• You will draw your parent pay plus a deputation allowance.
• PSU officers in the eligible grades draw pay in the range Rs. 1,00,000 to Rs. 2,80,000 (IDA) in their parent organisation (E7/E8 scale).
• You also get all other perks and allowances applicable as per DFCCIL policy.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

There is no written exam for this deputation post. Selection is based on:

1. Screening of applications received through proper channel, against the eligibility criteria.
2. Review of APAR ratings for the last five years and Vigilance/D&AR clearance.
3. Final selection by DFCCIL as per its deputation rules.
