Who Can Apply?

For Project Research Scientist-II (Rs. 67,000):

• Post Graduate degree (including integrated PG) in Life Sciences with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in pathogen culture, PCR primer design, or in-silico genome analysis

For Project Research Scientist-I (Rs. 56,000):

• Post Graduate degree (including integrated PG) in Life Sciences
• Experience in cell culture, protein purification, animal handling, recombinant DNA technology (desirable)

For Project Research Scientist-I (Medical) (Rs. 67,000):

• MBBS / BDS / BVSc or equivalent degree with at least 3 years of experience in Randomized Controlled Trials on cardiovascular health

For Project Technical Support-II (Rs. 20,000):

• 12th in Science with DMLT or equivalent with 5 years experience in a research lab
• OR 3-year graduate degree in a relevant subject with 2 years experience in a research lab

For Project Technical Support-I (Rs. 18,000):

• 10th with DMLT or equivalent with 2 years experience in a research lab
• OR 3-year graduate degree with 1 year experience in a research lab

For Assistant Data Manager (Rs. 50,000):

• PG in Computer Application/Computer Science/Data Science with 2 years experience in clinical data management
• OR Graduate in Computer Science/Application with 4 years experience in clinical data management
• OR Graduate in any discipline + 6-month computer diploma + 5 years experience in clinical data management

Age Limit

• Project Research Scientist-II: Maximum 40 years
• Project Research Scientist-I (both): Maximum 35 years
• Project Research Scientist-I (Medical): Maximum 35 years
• Project Technical Support-II / I: Maximum 28 years
• Assistant Data Manager: Maximum 35 years
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years. OBC candidates get 3 years. PwBD candidates get 10/13/15 years (UR/OBC/SC-ST). Ex-servicemen get relaxation as per defence service plus 3 years.

Selection Process

The selection happens in the following stages:

1. Document Verification: You must carry CV, photocopies and originals of all qualification and experience certificates, and a valid ID for verification at the reception.
2. Written Test / Skill Test / Interview: Conducted on the walk-in date based on the post and number of candidates.
3. Screening: If too many candidates appear, screening is done to shortlist those with higher qualification and relevant experience.

• Develop single-plex and multi-plex PCR/qPCR diagnostic assays for emerging viruses and bacteria
• Perform protein expression using CHO/Expi293 mammalian cell lines and conduct immunological assays

• Manage clinical trial data, query resolution, and data quality checks
• Screen, consent and enrol participants in randomized controlled trials
• Analyze RNA-seq, proteomics data and perform biochemical enzyme inhibition assays
