Service Conditions and Caveats

• Benefits: The contract does not carry regular government-service benefits such as provident fund, pension, gratuity, seniority or promotion. The regular staff’s medical attendance and treatment benefits also do not apply.
• Early departure: If you seek another position or resign within the first three months, the institute will not issue a no-objection certificate, relieving letter or experience certificate.
• Leave: Paid leave may be allowed at one day for each completed month of service. This is subject to the contract terms rather than the leave arrangements for regular staff.
• Travel expenses: You will need to meet your own travel costs for the interview or test and for joining. The institute will not pay travel or daily allowance for these purposes.
• Conduct: Institute conduct and discipline rules apply. False declarations or concealed information can lead to removal and further action; canvassing can disqualify an applicant.
• Institute discretion: AIIMS Nagpur may amend or cancel the recruitment and change the number of appointments. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur.
