AIIMS Nagpur has released Vacancy Notice Ref No. AIIMS/NGP/DCM/Rec/2026/PTS-03 for 3 Project Technical Support III posts under the DHR funded project "Efficacy of SoCH (Sense of Coherence for Health) to Improve Maternal and Child Health Outcomes in a Tribal Area of Central India." The project is led by Dr. Priyanka Yadav and runs for 11 months initially, extendable up to 3 years based on performance and project requirements. This is a tenure-based project post, not a regular AIIMS employee position, so it does not guarantee permanent employment later.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Three-year graduate degree in Community Medicine, Social Work, Social Welfare, Medical field or Psychology, OR B.Sc. (Community Health), AND three years of experience in field-based research, OR a postgraduate degree in a relevant subject (Medical Social Work/MPH)
• Language: You must be able to speak fluently in English, Marathi and Hindi since the work involves community fieldwork across Nagpur district

Salary

• Selected candidates get Rs. 28,000 per month plus HRA (20%) — around Rs. 33,600 per month in total.
• No other allowances beyond the consolidated salary and HRA are given, and no TA/DA is paid for attending the interview.

Note: If you wish to resign from this post after joining, you must give AIIMS Nagpur a 30-day notice. Since this is a community-based project, you will need to travel across different areas of Nagpur district as part of your fieldwork, and this consolidated salary already covers your HRA and travel claims — no other allowances will be paid on top of it.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Application Screening: AIIMS Nagpur reviews applications submitted through the Google Form.
2. Written Test: If a large number of applications are received, a written test is conducted.
3. Interview: Shortlisted candidates appear for a physical interview at the Department of Community Medicine, 4th Floor, Medical College Building, AIIMS Nagpur.

The tentative interview date is 31 August 2026, with reporting time 9:00 AM. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
