Who Can Apply?

You must be an Indian citizen to apply — or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, a Tibetan refugee who settled in India before 1 January 1962, or a person of Indian origin who migrated from certain specified countries with a Government of India eligibility certificate. Post-qualification experience of less than 6 months in any organization will not count towards your eligibility, except when it is part of your current employment, and experience in the clerical cadre will also not be considered.

For Data Analyst/Data Scientist (Age 28-40):

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory. B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Data Science, or a Bachelor's/Master's in Statistics, Maths, Economics or a related quantitative field is preferred, along with strong Python/R/SQL/BI/ML skills and relevant certifications.
• You need a minimum of 8 years of work experience in any limited company, including at least 5 years in Data Analytics/Data Science or a related field.

For Project Management Specialist (Age 28-40):

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory. B.E./B.Tech (any discipline)/MCA/MBA/PGDM, or a certification such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or PMI-ACP is preferred.
• You need a minimum of 8 years of work experience in any limited company, including at least 5 years in Project Management. Experience in BFSI is preferred.

For Agile Transformation Expert:

• A degree in applications/computer science or a related field, with a proven track record in successful Agile transformation or CRM implementation projects in BFSI.
• Certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), PMI-ACP, or Salesforce Architect (CRM) are preferred.

For Business Finance Analyst with BFSI Exposure (Age 27-37):

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory. A Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics or Financial Engineering, or a certification such as CFA/CA/CPA/CMA/CAIA/ACCA/FRM/CIMA, is preferred.
• You need a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in business finance, financial planning & analysis, strategic finance, valuation, investment analysis, or mergers & acquisitions. Experience in BFSI, consulting firms or financial services is preferred.

Age Limit

• Age limits vary by post: 28 to 40 years for Data Analyst/Data Scientist and Project Management Specialist, and 27 to 37 years for Business Finance Analyst.
