WAPCOS Young Professional Recruitment 2026: Overview

WAPCOS Limited is building a panel of Young Professionals for specific assignments with a fixed duration. The notice brings together legal, finance, contract management and mass communication work under one recruitment. Panel membership does not guarantee immediate engagement: the company will draw from the panel when it needs support during its validity.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Panel validity: the panel lasts for one year from empanelment. Engagement depends on company requirements, so being shortlisted or placed on the panel does not itself create a continuing job.
• Contract: the initial engagement is for one year. The notice allows yearly extension up to two years, depending on satisfactory performance and WAPCOS approval. You gain no right to renewal or absorption into regular service.
• Leave: you receive eight days of leave per calendar year on a proportionate basis. Unused leave cannot move to the next year, and absence beyond the allowance is unpaid.
• Working hours: you follow the hours of regular WAPCOS employees and record attendance through the biometric system. Compensatory leave for additional work depends on approval by the competent authority.
• Outside work: during the engagement, you cannot represent or advise another person in court, before another authority, or on matters covered by the restriction in the notice. Your conduct must not conflict with the company's interests.
• Confidentiality: information learned during the assignment must remain confidential during and after the engagement. For two years after termination, you must not take outside work or give advice that harms WAPCOS interests.
• Ending the contract: WAPCOS may end the engagement with written notice for unsatisfactory work, unauthorised absence or non-renewal. Proven misconduct can lead to immediate termination. You must give 30 days' notice if you choose to leave.
• Disputes: legal disputes arising from the contract fall within the jurisdiction of Delhi courts. The company also retains the right to revise engagement terms or reject an application.
