Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) has released a walk-in interview notice (Advt. No. AD/VAR/2026/14) for 1 Ad-hoc Medical Officer (Biochemistry) post at the Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya Cancer Centre (MPMMCC), BHU Campus, Varanasi. This is an initial six-month ad-hoc appointment that continues until a regular post is filled. Doctors with post-MD/DNB experience in Clinical Biochemistry are preferred, especially those with teaching institute background, and the selected candidate will later get an academic designation such as Assistant Professor or Associate Professor as per National Medical Commission norms.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: M.D. / D.N.B. (Biochemistry) recognized by the National Medical Commission.
• Experience: Post M.D./D.N.B. experience in service, education and research in Clinical Biochemistry, preferably at a teaching institute.

Age Limit

• You should be up to 45 years old to apply for this post.

Salary

• Freshers with no prior post-qualification experience get Rs. 1,28,000 per month.
• With 1 year of experience, the salary is Rs. 1,32,000 per month.
• With 2 years of experience, the salary is Rs. 1,36,000 per month.
• With 3 years or more of experience, the salary is Rs. 1,40,000 per month.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

1. Walk-in Interview: Attend the interview on 20 August 2026 between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM at the Varanasi venue with all your original documents.
