If eligible candidates from a reserved category are not available, the post will be filled from the merit list of any other category.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You need an MBBS degree with a PG Degree from a recognized university for Specialist and PGMO posts.
• Junior Specialist Grade II: MBBS + PG degree with at least 3 years' experience after PG.
• Senior Specialist Grade II: MBBS + PG degree with at least 5 years' experience after PG.
• UGMO: An MBBS degree alone is sufficient — no PG required.
• Language: You must know Marathi and be comfortable handling a computer.

Age Limit

• Part-Time and Full-Time Specialists should be below 69 years as on 5 August 2026.
• PGMO candidates should be below 37 years as on 5 August 2026, with a 5-year relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

Salary

• UGMO: Rs. 75,000 per month.
• PGMO: Rs. 85,000 per month.
• Part-Time Specialist: Rs. 85,600 per month, plus Rs. 12,000-15,000 extra if you opt for emergency duty charges, or Rs. 800 per additional hour.
• Full-Time Specialist (Junior Grade II): Rs. 1,06,000 per month.
• Full-Time Specialist (Senior Grade II): Rs. 1,23,000 per month.
• Full-Time Specialists and PGMOs cannot take up private practice; Part-Time Specialists can.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

There is no written test for this recruitment. Selection happens in a single stage:

1. Personal Interview: Conducted by a duly constituted selection committee at the venue on the interview day. Your final selection depends purely on your interview performance.

How to Apply

1. Reach the Office of the Medical Superintendent, ESIS Hospital, Hotgi Road, Solapur - 413003 on 19 August 2026.
2. Report at your post's scheduled time slot between 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM, depending on the post you are applying for.
3. Carry your original certificates plus 2 photocopies each: Matriculation Certificate (age proof), educational qualification certificates, MMC/MCI registration, Caste/Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable), and 2 passport-size photographs.
4. No TA/DA is given for attending the interview or for joining if selected.

This appointment is purely contractual for a maximum period of 364 days, with no claim to PF, pension, gratuity, seniority or promotion. Selected candidates must sign an agreement on a Rs. 100 stamp paper before joining, and providing police verification plus a medical fitness certificate is your own responsibility. The engagement can be ended by either side with one month's notice.
