Who Can Apply?

Programme Coordinator (Rs. 30,000/month)

• You must have a postgraduate degree (minimum Second Class) from a recognised university.
• You need at least 5 years of academic and administrative work experience.

Office Assistant / Clerk / Accountant (Rs. 25,500/month)

• You must have a B.Com from any statutory university with specialisation in Accountancy and Auditing.
• You need 5 years of administrative experience in a similar capacity.
• You should be not less than 30 years old, and not more than 40 years (unless already in service of a university or affiliated college).

Hostel Warden (Rs. 25,000/month)

• You must have a postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Preference for candidates with experience in social work, community guidance, counselling, or skill development.
• You need at least 2 years of work in a government or semi-government organisation.
• Knowledge of Marathi and English and basic computer skills is essential.

Driver (Rs. 22,500/month)

• You must have a valid LMV / HMV driving licence and badge issued by the Maharashtra RTO.
• Bus driving experience preferred. Knowledge of local routes and basic vehicle maintenance is expected.

Bus Attendant (Rs. 15,000/month)

• You must have passed 10th class.
• Experience working in a school/college bus is preferred. You should be physically fit and responsible.

Peon (Rs. 15,000/month)

• You must have passed SSC (10th) as per rules, with office work experience and ability to do heavy work.
• You should be 18 to 33 years old (up to 38 years for SC, ST, NT/DT, OBC and SBC candidates of Maharashtra).
• Proficiency in Marathi is required.

Sweeper (Rs. 15,000/month)

• You must have passed at least 4th standard.
• Experience in cleaning work preferred. You should be physically fit, with basic reading and writing skills.

Age Limit

• Office Assistant / Clerk / Accountant: 30 to 40 years (relaxed for in-service candidates).
• Hostel Warden: 18 to 40 years for General category, up to 45 years for Backward Classes.
• Peon: 18 to 33 years (up to 38 years for SC, ST, NT/DT, OBC and SBC candidates of Maharashtra).

Salary

• Programme Coordinator: Rs. 30,000 per month (consolidated)
• Office Assistant / Clerk / Accountant: Rs. 25,500 per month (consolidated)
• Hostel Warden: Rs. 25,000 per month (consolidated)
• Driver: Rs. 22,500 per month (consolidated)
• Bus Attendant, Peon and Sweeper: Rs. 15,000 per month (consolidated)

Selection Process (No Written Exam)
