RGNAU Designer-cum-Content Developer Recruitment 2026: Overview

Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University (RGNAU), the central university set up by an Act of Parliament in 2013 for aviation studies, wants a Designer-cum-Content Developer at its campus in Fursatganj, Amethi (Uttar Pradesh). This is a contractual engagement, not a permanent post — you start on a one-year contract that is renewed year by year based on your work.

The job blends design and writing. RGNAU wants someone who can lay out academic and digital material with a good eye for typography and colour, and who can also turn complex research into clear content for a wider audience. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract tenure: One year to begin with, renewed yearly after a performance review, up to a maximum of three years.
• No permanent absorption: You get no right to a regular post, no seniority and no claim to regularisation later.
• Benefits: The pay is a consolidated amount; there is no DA, HRA, PF, pension, gratuity, LTC or medical claim for contract staff.
• Accommodation: Campus housing may be given if available, on payment of the licence fee, and it ends with your contract.
• Confidentiality and IPR: Everything you create for the university stays its property, and you cannot share its data even after the contract ends. You sign an undertaking on joining.
• Conflicting work: No side business or professional work that clashes with your RGNAU duties.
• Attendance and travel: You must attend the written test, trade test or interview in person on the given date, and no TA/DA is paid for joining.
• Eligibility cut-off: Your age, qualification and experience are counted as on the closing date of the online form.
• Disputes: Any legal dispute falls under courts and tribunals with jurisdiction over Lucknow.
