Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), Hazira Plant, Surat has released Advertisement No. 01/2026 for hiring Associate Consultants in Production and Electrical disciplines. This recruitment is open only to retired personnel from ONGC or other PSUs.

Who Can Apply
- Retired employee of ONGC or any other PSU
- At least ITI qualification (Diploma or Degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience at ONGC Hazira/Uran/CPF Gandhar or any refinery/petrochemical plant
- Below 63 years as on 15 March 2026
- Medically fit for general and 24-hour shift work
Salary
- Rs. 66,000/month + Rs. 2,000 communication allowance = Rs. 68,000 effective
- 80% paid monthly, 20% at end of engagement after performance assessment
- 5% annual increment if extended
Selection (100 marks total)
- Education: 30 marks (ITI=20, Diploma=25, Degree=30)
- Experience: 30 marks (5-10 yrs=20, >10 yrs=30)
- Interview: 40 marks (min 60% required)

Responsibilities
- Support plant operations in Production or Electrical discipline at ONGC Hazira Plant
- Apply field experience to assist in day-to-day plant activities and troubleshooting
- Work in general shift and/or 24-hour rotating shifts as required
- Follow all safety, health, and environment guidelines
- Assist and mentor junior staff using prior experience
- Maintain proper records, logs, and reports
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
ITI in a relevant trade
Preferred Qualification
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (relevant discipline)
Required Skills
Plant operations experience in Production or Electrical discipline at oil and gas plant, refinery, or petrochemical facility
Age Limit
55 - 63 years (as on 15 Mar 2026)
